Training in the Community
These classes are provided by our team of master/instructors who dedicate their time to the community to
teach, free of charge : mindfulness, breathing and self defence.
Total Body Conditioning
Total Body Conditioning is a fitness training program which SINDO incorporates physical
exercise combined with breathing exercise as per SINDO Methodology for conditioning the
body in its entirety.
Intensive Training Camp
Intensive Training Camp (SINDO Weekend Training Camp) is the main event of the year,
when all the branches of SINDO Self Defence are united in a 3-day tough training course.
Corporate Training
SINDO Organisation provide Corporate Training Programmes to companies who wish to
enter a business contract of typically one year duration.
Personal Training
Personal one-to-one training for the individual specially adapted for individual needs.
Adults Self Defence
Self Defence classes for 14 years to adult. Suitable for all fitness levels.
Juniors' Self Defence
Self Defence classes suitable for 8 to 14 years.
Mini-Kids' Self Defence
Self Defence classes suitable for 5 to 7 years.
